Shipping

We provide shipping throughout US and Puerto Rico.

All orders received by Thursday will be shipped out the following Monday-Wednesday unless weather is extremely cold or because of  natural disasters. Orders should arrive within 2 days from shipping date via FedEx. Puerto Rico orders will require a phytosanitary certificate and will be shipped by UPS.

Winter and heat packing are recommended when temperatures will be below 45deg or higher than 95deg. Insulation options available at checkout.

Overnight Priority to Western states, 2 Day for Eastern states. 

Order Policies

Minimum order: Due to the ever increasing costs of shipping services, we have a minimum order subtotal of $50 per shipment (wholesale order minimum is $250), before shipping charges are added.     

Flowering plants: We cannot guarantee and be held responsible in the unlikely event bloom spike, or buds are damaged either in shipping or unpacking.     

Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with plants you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Plants will need to be sent back in their original wrapping, in their original box, packed to ensure that no damage will occur during transit. A phytosanitary certificate must be issued by your state agriculture department and attached to the box. We will forward you a copy of our import permit with directions. Upon their satisfactory return, a credit will be issued for the plants ordered. No further credits for the phytosanitary certificate or the cost of return shipping will be issued.
